Where can I get my customer ID?

Your customer ID is printed on the top righthand corner of your invoice. Alternatively you can also locate it on your Post Office card. |

The offer is 12 weeks half-price, after that time you are charged full price. |

What are the office opening times?

Office opening times for Monday to Friday are 9am until 7pm. Saturday is 9am until 2pm. |

What’s the latest I can expect my paper?

We expect that all deliveries will be completed by 6pm Monday to Friday and 2pm Saturdays. |

If I decide to pay by direct debit how does this work?

Upon receipt of your signed direct debit instruction we will write to you and confirm the amount of your monthly payment and the date that payments will be taken out of your bank account. |

What happens if I have a miss-delivery or if my papers are suspended whilst I am on holiday?

You will not be charged for any papers which are not delivered whilst on holiday and a credit will be processed against your account in respect of any miss-delivery. |

Do my payments change each month?

Your monthly direct debit payments are fixed. On your 12th payment we will make an adjustment to accommodate the balance on your account, i.e. if you are in credit then a refund will be made, otherwise your 12th payment will reflect the balance on your account. |

Payments by direct debit are more convenient, give peace of mind and are protected by the direct debit guarantee scheme. |

What happens if I cancel my delivery?

If you cancel your delivery then your final direct debit payment will accommodate the balance on your newsbill account and no further payments will be taken. |
